All our products are shelf stable and can be stored un-opened for up to 12 months without refrigeration. They are Hand-Crafted gourmet tapenades using many locally sourced ingredients. Our tapenades are ready-to-eat from the jar. Just add them to salads, pizza or pair with your favorite crackers.
