Here are some common problems concerned by other customers: IMPORTANT: (1) White light is only controlled by APP or smart speaker, not by controller. (2) Support 2.4GH Wifi ONLY.(Pls switch. Here is the instruction on how to switch 5G to 2.4G) Step 1: Double check your lights before cutting or installing (1) Lay out all the accessories from package to make sure you have all. (2) Test the light strip with power supply, "smart life" APP and smart speaker.Turn on/off, change color, dime/bright the light, set a time, sync music etc. Step 2: Take measurements and Make cuts (1) Find a clean smooth surface, a powdery painted surface wall is NOT recommended. (2) Measure the place where u plan to stick with the light strip to mark the node to cut, connect L-shape connector before sticking. (3) When set the L-shape connector, pls open the flip, the "W" on light strip should be same side as the "W" on connector. (4) Make sure it can work. Step 3: Install the LED strips In order to keep the light strip sticking longer, we prepared 3 packs adhesion promoters in package, pls use it on the back of light strip before sticking.
