Just one tablespoon is the equivalent flavor of one whole vanilla bean. Our paste is gluten-free and made with all-natural pure cane sugar. It is common to use paste in the place of a whole vanilla bean. Your guests will see the real ground vanilla bean specks in your creations. It is also fine to replace vanilla extract with it as well.
