Q: What is the difference between SMD3528 and SMD5050 LED strips?
?A: The rated power is different, SMD3528(rated 0.06W/LED), SMD5050(rated 0.2W/LED), so the price is much different.
Q: Why you use 300 LEDs while some sellers use 600 LEDs to make the 32.8ft led strip?
?A: The cost is almost same whether we use 300LEDs or 600LEDs, but according to our clients' feedback, actually using 300 LEDs is bright enough for you and produce a lower heat than 600LEDs, ensuring longer lifetime.
Q: How do you program the DIY modes?
?A: Click on a DIY button and change the color by holding down the color arrow keys. More questions, pls contact us!
Note:
?The connections must be in towards to the arrows.
?Don't left them on the spool when you testing them more than 2 minutes.
?Pls don't connect more than 32.8ft as the power adapter will exceed limited.
?Clean the surface before stick on the strip. If it is not sticky enough, you can add some double sided tape.
?Please don't stick the lights to metal surface that conductive.
?The ventilation must be ensured. These lights need an excessive amount of airflow for cooling.
