Fabric bundle of 42 10-inch squares from the Noah's Ark collection by designer Shawn Wallace (Doodle Girl) for Riley Blake Designs. I am still drying out after a long California winter of torrential rainfall. It was the rainiest winter on record, soaking the ground into late May. Though I longed for the colorful sunsets each night, I found them when I could in the shape of rainbows. They were pretty spectacular. They gave me hope and belief that there will be sunnier days ahead. I adore animals. I have never intentionally hurt a bug. I spend countless hours in the pool, rescuing every winged creature from an early death. It's because of the endless rain, the surprising visits of rainbows and for the love of all living creatures, it was an easy choice to design this collection. I hope you enjoy Noah's Ark as much as I have enjoyed designing it. We live in such a beautiful, miraculous world. Sometimes you just have to squint through the darkness and clouds to find it.
