An annual ornamental deciduous plant, up to 25" (60 cm) high. The leaves are oval, light green in color with wide white stripes along the edges. Grown through seedlings in March. They are planted in open ground as soon as the threat of night frost has passed in sunny places or light partial shade. Due to its decorative effect, the plant is deservedly popular among gardeners. They are used for planting ridges, in addition to compositions of large flowers, and cutting.

Planting instructions:   Grow Euphorbia seeds for some wonderful, showy color in late summer and fall. Commonly called Snow on the Mountain, Euphorbia Marginata seeds are a great way to establish these late season annuals. The Euphorbia flowers form small white cups at the top and center of the plant with white and green bracts providing the coloring. Most species do well in full sun and light shade, but some species may have other requirements. The preference of Euphorbia Marginata is full sun and mesic to dry conditions. These plants also adapt to slightly moist soil (if flooding doesn't occur) and isn't particular about the type of soil. It has few problems with pes ts and dis ease, and is quite drought resistant. Start Euphorbia seeds directly outside in a prepared seedbed once soil temperatures have warmed in the spring. Snow On The Mountain seeds should be lightly covered and kept moist until germination occurs.
