Seed Needs Delicata Winter Squash -Cucurbita Pepo- Bulk Pack of 200 Seeds Non-GMO

Grow a garden filled with Delicata Squash plants, from freshly harvested Cucurbita pepo seeds. Delicata is an heirloom variety of Winter Squash, which produces 7 to 9 inch long fruits. The outer skin is a creamy yellow to ivory color, accented with dark green stripes within it's ribs. These fruits closely resemble the Sweet Dumpling Squash, yet they are just longer. The inner flesh is golden yellow / orange and sweet, making it perfect for baking. The plants themselves will reach a mature height of roughly 12 to 24 inches tall and can vine outwards to a length of 6 feet long. You can harvest your Delicata Winter Squash in approximately 80 to 100 days. Squash plants, like pumpkins, are grown as annual plants. Annuals will grow quickly, producing vines, leaves and fruits through the warm months of summer. After harvesting the Squash from it's vines, the plants will wilt soon after, with the first killing frost.
