Our Sea Moss is harvested from the Caribbean Sea off the coast of St Lucia. It is dived for and dried in the sun to preserve it. Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 vitamins and minerals our body need. Sea Moss has a wide range of benefits including immunity support, thyroid support, reduces inflammation, improves mental function, aids in healthy glowing skin, prevents congestion and more! Sea moss can be used in smoothies, tea, soup, coffee and more. 1-2 tablespoons of sea moss gel is recommended per day. 50 grams of sea moss can make 3-4 16oz jars of sea moss gel. To make sea moss gel clean your sea moss in distilled water to remove debris or particles from the ocean. Once the sea moss is cleaned, soak your sea moss in distilled water for 4-6 hours. Once your sea moss has soaked and is fully hydrated, you will notice that your sea moss will double in size. Add the sea moss to a blender and add distilled water. The amount of water that you add depends on how thick you want your gel to be. We suggest adding enough water to cover the top of the sea moss and then blend well. Store your sea moss gel in a glass jar and keep it refrigerated. Sea moss gel last up to 4 weeks.
