About the Actor Scott Innes was born on October 30, 1966, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Scott Innes joined the all-star cast of Scooby-Doo movies to follow and became the new voice of Scooby-Doo in: Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island (1998), Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost (1999), and Scooby-Doo and the Cyberchase (2001). Billy West was born on April 16, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan. He is an actor, known for Futurama (1999), Futurama: Bender's Big Score (2007), Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs (2008) and Scooby-Doo Zombie Island (1998).
