Weld-On #3 is a water thin, non-flammable, very fast set solvent cement for acrylics. It will also bond styrene, butyrate, and polycarbonate to themselves. The initial bond forms very quickly but it will be approximately 24 hours before 65-80% of the ultimate bond strength is reached. The bond strength will continue to increase for several weeks. This product is not for general consumer use. It is an industrial product intended for use by industry.
