A counted cross stitch pattern of a medieval queen in a white gown embroidered with gold standing at the foot of her throne to knight a victorious warrior. He wears a red tunic bearing insignia of a black eagle and crescent over chain mail and kneels on a leather cushion with his helmet set to the side. The thick walls of the fortress are disguised with purple hangings. At the door a small crowd observes the ceremony, including an old man holding the knight's standard, a page boy with his shield and a monk. This is the sequel to God Speed, which we offer in a compatible size. See BLA001-B for a chart of this painting in which the background is not stitched, or BLA001-D for a portion of the full painting with background. (Pre-Raphaelite, 1901) This pattern is solidly stitched. Any color fabric may be used.
