2019 saw the first ever privately entered Ford GT GTE at LeMans. The strikingly liveried number 85 example was entered by Ben Keating, and featured Jeroen Bleekemolen and Felipe Fraga alongside Ben in the car on driving duties. The purple chrome livery of sponsor Wynn's certainly helped the car stand out on track at LeMans and the Ford GT GTE is certainly a star of the Scalextric range, however sadly 2019 was a bittersweet race for the car. With a class win a highlight on Sunday the car was however disqualified for a fuel irregularity later on. However, by looks, the car is certainly a winner.
