Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon

Small "shore boats" travel along the southern coast of Brittany using only sustainable fishing practices. The bounty derived from this venture is uniformly sized, plump, and freshly flavored. The sardines are preserved in excellent quality extra virgin olive oil that helps to soften and dissolve the bones allowing the entire fish to be eaten and enjoyed. They are packaged in an easy to open flip-top can with a long shelf life. (We recommend rotating the can to an upside down position every few months to keep the sardines uniformly moist) This particular packaging adds a squeeze of lemon to brighten the taste.
