Appearing to splash right out of ancient legends, the Narwhal makes its home in the cold waters of the Arctic. The spiral horn of the Narwhal is actually a long tooth that can grow several feet long. The horn's spiral is counter-clockwise and continues to grow throughout it's lifetime. The Monterey Bay Aquarium Collection was designed with marine biologists to make highly accurate and detailed educational toys of those who dwell under the sea.
