You can easily DIY installation
First and foremost turn OFF propane! Remove tanks from pigtails then remove old regulator from propane line & mounting bracket propane will be released so beware smell and no open flame
Then all you need is to hand-tighten the new regulator to the propane line and secure it to the mounting bracket with a Phillips screwdriver. Then a wrench to hand-tighten the pigtail lines to the left and right valves
Of course, a leak check should be performed before turning the propane back on
