RUST-OLEUM 257017 Water Base Cover Stain Primer

Blocks most stains in one coat. Hides stains from nicotine, water and smoke damage and seals tannin bleed from cedar. Sticks to slick surfaces like tile, paneling or glossy paint and hides dark colors. Seals new wood on interior surfaces and seal all type of exterior wood. Meets SCAQMD VOC requirements. Covers about 400 sq. ft. per gallon depending on application method and surface porosity.
