Strawberry Rose Infused Maple has a bright, floral taste that is sweetened with a lighter, more delicate maple syrup. Swirling in the background is a hint of strawberry to give a fruity acidity. Looking ahead to warmer months, we wanted to create a summery topper that makes for a light breakfast or sumptuous dessert. It goes beautifully with buttermilk pancakes or yogurt with fresh berries. It is also lovely poured on panna cotta, pound cake, or rice pudding. We especially like it in summer cocktails, particularly mixed with gin.
