Perform the engine mount removal Accessing broken engine mount. Raise and secure vehicle with floor jack Apply penetrating spray lubricant to all nuts and bolts attaching engine mount to engine and frame and or sub-frame. Remove the nuts and bolts. 3. Installing the engine mount Compare side by side both old and new engine mounts to ensure correct mount and mounting bolts holes. Loosely mount engine mount at mounting points and ensure mounting points are accurate. Torque mounting nuts and bolts. Check service manual for correct torque specifications for your specific application vehicle 4. Verify the repair Remove vehicle from jack stands and check for excessive engine movement and vibration.
