1. When you get the moulds and first time to make cake or chocolate.
Please fill the water in the moulds and put into the microwave or oven
transfer for 1-2 minutes, then drain and apply a layer of butter on the
mold. This operation can extend the life of the mold, and there is no
need to repeat this operation afterwards.
2. When you make the cake, please don't all full cake slurry into the
moulds, just make it 3/4 full. The cake will expand when making.
3. When the baking is complete, wear heat-insulating gloves and other
heat-insulating equipment to take out the mold from the oven, and
wait for a while to cool down before demolding. For demolding
operation, please drag the mold and tap the bottom of the mold to
easily demold.
4. Because silica gel is heated quickly and evenly, the baking time is
different from that of traditional metal molds. Please pay attention to
adjust the baking time.
Maintenance
Please clean the silicone mold in time after each use, Do not rinse
with cold water immediately after leaving the oven to extend the
service life. Wash with hot water and diluted edible detergent, or wash
in the dishwasher, Do not use steel wire balls, corrosive detergent or
foam for cleaning.
When baking, the silicone mold should be opened on the flat baking
tray. Don't let the molds be dry-baked. For example, if you fill up 3
molds in a six-continuous mold, please fill the other 3 empty molds
with water.
