FAQ for our Star projector.
1. Why the star light won't stay still? Is it broken?
Hello, it's normal and it's not broken, it's our new design - dynamic star blinking mode. The green stars will not stay still all the time, it will flicker for awhile and then disappear for awhile.
2. Is it safe to keep the light on for 12 hours continuously? We suggest that it's better that no more than 4 hours, otherwise the bulbs or led lights will burn out quickly. It's better that power off the star projector for 10mins after using 4 hours, then turn it on again.
3. Does the star projector cover the whole room?
It would probably cover 25' x 25' or more, because the projection coverage depends on the distance it is from the surface. The farther the projector is from the ceiling, the larger the area covered by the projection.
