How to Prepare our Balloon

1 - Loosen the balloon by stretching it in all directions.

Use your hands to stretch the balloons to make it easier for you to blow up (either by hand or helium tank), which makes the inflation process less resistant. Be sure to not overstretch as this can cause the balloon to pop during inflation. Just a few stretches should get the job done.

2 - Use High Grade Helium

For the parties that need helium-filled balloons, please use PURE HELIUM. We recommend going to a local store to get them filled, unless the tank that you have at home is composed of high-grade helium.

3 - Knowing when to stop inflating

Whether you are using a tank or blowing up the balloon by mouth, it's important to know when to stop inflating. Once you feel the balloon start to resist further expansion, the balloon is now fully inflated. You don't want to overdo it, so if the neck of the balloon starts to inflate, you've gone too far - so let some of the air out until the neck is flat again and tie it off.

4 - Making the Confetti Stick

Air - After the balloon is inflated, this should create some static to allow the foil confetti to stick to the sides of the balloon. To make the confetti last longer, it needs more electricity to maintain its stick. Rub the balloon with your hands and/or rub it on carpet or hair to make it last longer.

Helium - Fill the balloon with helium about 95% and add the remaining 5% with a fresh blow of air to create static. Rub the balloon with hands, and/or rub it on carpet or hair to create more static. If the confetti starts to fall, repeat these steps again.
