Simple and lightweight design is the characteristic of the CHIEN series of kitchen knives.

The handle is made of PP, which greatly reduces the weight of the knife and makes it light and easy to control in use. PP is an environmentally friendly plastic material that is food safe and resistant to high temperatures (-30 to 140°C). It is widely used in garments, medical devices, conveying tubes, chemical containers, food packaging, and pharmaceutical packaging industries.

The blade is made of 67 layers of damascus, the blade is strong and tough. The core steel is 9CR18MOV stainless steel, which is a high quality stainless steel for making kitchen knives. It not only has extremely high hardness, but also has exceptionally good corrosion resistance.

CHIEN Series Damascus kitchen knives are affordable and have excellent performance. It will give you a great cooking experience.

Tips:
The Damascus pattern of each knife will be slightly different, which is a normal process phenomenon.
Rinse well with water after use. Long contact between the blade and acidic and alkaline food may lead to rusting.
Please do not chop hard bones and frozen products vigorously, as this may damage the blade.
