This high quality blend is harvested from the fresh tips of tea plants in the western Hubei province in China. Jasmine tea is a light and fresh drink with a sweet and floral scent. The tea is packaged in cold-brew sachets that are designed to infuse as much tea as possible into each cup. Cold-brewing steeps tea leaves slowly, using time rather than temperature to release flavors and catechins gently. This results in a smooth body with complex flavors and reduced bitterness, and is easier to make since there is no need to achieve a perfect water temperature.
