This high quality blend is a traditional pairing of black tea and lemon, harvested from flavorful heirloom varieties in Thailand and Guatemala. The tea is packaged in cold-brew sachets that are designed to infuse as much tea as possible into each cup. Cold-brewing steeps tea leaves slowly, using time rather than temperature to release flavors and catechins gently. This results in a smooth body with complex flavors and reduced bitterness, and is easier to make since there is no need to achieve a perfect water temperature.
