From Growth to Harvest We purchase fresh, organic kale weekly! By the time it starts its long, low temperature dehydration process, our kale has been de-stemmed, washed three times. From harvest to Snackfest Rather than frying, we make our crunchy Kale Chips by tossing fresh kale leaves in our hand-crafted blend of ground organic seeds, veggies, juices, herbs and spices and dehydrating them under low heat to maximize the nutritional potency.
