The Revo Replacement Backdoor for HERO3+/HERO4 Standard Housing opens to provide access to the GoPro's battery without removing the camera from the housing. When closed and latched, the backdoor maintains the waterproof integrity the housing. This part can serve as a spare to keep on hand or replacement in the event the original was lost or damaged.
