Carve the name of the person who is sending you harm backwards on the candle with an iron nail. Anoint the candle by pushing the oil down and away from you. Then, simply write the persons name on a piece of parchment paper or brown paper bag. Anoint it with oil using your fingers to draw out a cross on the paper with oil. Place it face down.
