This is a lightweight and durable wristband made from polyester elastic. These will easily stretch an additional 3-4 inches so you can easily get them on and off. The wristbands are 0.5 inches tall. Reversible - one side is blue with white letters. The reverse side is gray with blue letters. Size Guide: Best is to use a flexible measuring tape and measure your wrist.
