How To Use Ankle Straps
1.Fix one end of the tension rope slightly above the ankle joint of the right foot. Fix the other end of the tension rope at a position slightly above the ankle joint bundle of the left foot, and then step forward to open the left foot.
2.Keep the lower leg of the left foot perpendicular to the ground. Press the front end of the left leg alternately with both hands. Press down moderately for 12 times in each group and two groups at a time. Then exchange the left and right feet in turn. Six groups are recommended for each exercise.
