Easy Installment:
Step-1 Remove the ink cartridge from the individual package.
Step-2 Remove the orange or yellow pull tab (if applicable), recommends removing it with paper towels. No need to peel off the plastic covering the nozzle, it will be punctured by the printer automatically once installed
Step-3 Insert the cartridge into the designated slot, making sure it is completed clicked in.
Step-4 If your printer appears an alert likes "Non-Genuine" ,press "Proceed" / "Continue" / "Accept" or "OK" to ignore the prompt. Additional alerts may display when you print or copy - dismiss the alerts accordingly.
Step-5 Print amazing quality printouts
Troubleshooting:
1. It may take a few attempts, cartridge performance will not be unaffected even without showing an ink level.
2. If the original packages you have got have been damaged, please do not use them, instead of contacting our AMZ service team for replacement. Because the cartridges might be damaged during transportation.
3. If line or blurry happens, pls try to clean printhead for three times----Through your printer panel or the software
