Usage Tips:
1. For best accuracy, place the scale on hard and flat surface and stand on the center of the scale. Avoid carpet or soft surfaces.
2. To avoid inaccurate weight results, please re-calibrate the scale after physically moving or shifting it or after recharging.
3. To calibrate, apply weight on the scale, then step off and wait for the LED screen to display "0.0".
4. During weighing, the indication will flash on the display; wait for it to stop flashing. Your weight will then display for 15 seconds then switch off automatically.
5. For most accurate body fat percentage measurements, stand on the scale with DRY and BARE feet and make sure your feet touches all 4 electrode areas.
6. Ensure you have Bluetooth enabled on your phone and you have the scale connected with the RENPHO mobile app.
7. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other internal device, you should not overly rely on the data provided by this device.
8. The display will show "LO" when the battery needs to be recharged. The display shows "Err" when the max weight is exceeded.
