This is a male Red-Winged Blackbird, a passerine bird with a distinctive whistle. This image was taken in May of 2013 at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Copyrighted - Belinda Greb. Available Sizes will fit 8x10, 11x14, 12x18, or 16x24 mat sizes. I have chosen sizes that that tend to have standardized matting and framing options.
