How to make red white and blue balloon garland arch kit:
1. Inflate the balloons to multiple sizes then tie knots, recommend various colors and blow up different sizes to get a amazing look to your garland.(Recommend electric ballon pump!) 2. The kit comes with a balloon plastic roll that has little holes. Measure and cut balloon plastic roll to desired length, leave extra on each end for hang the decoration later. 3. You feed the balloon pigtail into the holes and slide into the slot. Pull the balloon knot through the strip hole, skip a hole if balloons are too tight. 4. Make more gorgeous looking, add some eucalyptus, curling ribbon, flowers, leaves, tulle and more.
