Yes, this dress is pretty stretchy and lightweight, perfect for summer casual wearing, beach dress, vacation etc.
2. Is the color same as what shows in the picture?
Due to monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc, the color of the website's photo and the actual item could be slightly different, but it's not a very big deal coz the difference is under control
