Fuzzy Issue
Please don't worry, the fuzzy exists because when factory cut the fabric, some fleece surface was cut to small fuzzies as well, these fuzzies sticks to the hoodie, the fuzzy does not exist bacause of the shirt falling apart, it exists because it was sticked to the shirt while manufactuering, simply take the shirt outside the house, shake it off and pat it, wash and you will never suffer from the fuzzy again.
Zipper Issue
Metal zipper is not as smooth as plastic zipper, so it's a bit harder to zip and unzip, please zip up and unzip the jacket slowly and gently to protect the zipper

This jacket is thick, warm and loose fit, the size is on the larger, loose fitting side, so please order your normal US size, do not size up or else it will fit too large, even order your own size, you can still have some room
