A concentrated golden yellow granular base made with dehydrated chicken broth, chicken fat, vegetable powders and natural flavors. Very Low Sodium (VLS) Chicken Base contains no added monosodium glutamate (MSG). Only 8 ounces (1 jar) of base is needed to make 5 gallons of chicken broth. Prepared, the base has the pleasant flavor and aroma characteristic of chicken stock, while still satisfying the requirements of a low or reduced sodium diet. Made in the USA.
