The Rada Cutlery W202 Small Peeling Paring Knife is specially designed for peeling. It has a short blade length 2-1/2 inches that makes it easy to control as you remove the skin from an array of foods like fruits and vegetables. This paring knife will be the knife you turn to when preparing garnishes for your meals. The hollow ground blade is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened. The shorter blade allows for easier maneuverability which is perfect for those cutting jobs that require real precision. The handle on this paring knife is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but the handle on this knife is dishwasher tolerant. It has just the right thickness for comfort and performance. Rada Mfg.
