Inflation method: Find the inflation port of the large balloon. Using the hand pump, inflate the balloon to approximately 80% capacity. Pinch the opening of the foil balloon and it will seal itself.
To deflate: Insert a thin hose into the opening until you feel a flow of air. Gently push the foil balloon down until deflated. Save the foil balloons for later.
