Qi Gong -Tai Chi-QiGong-

Tai Chi Qi Gong is an easy to access form of moving meditation that enhances the flow of Qi (energy) in and around the body. On this unique DVD, Mathew Rochford guides you through the whole set of the forms. The Qi Gong presentation is filmed from three angles for ease of use and, in addition, there are sections covering Daoyin (simple Taoist yoga), Acu Points (energy centers' uses in Qi Gong practice) and Self Massage. The original score for the program is written by acclaimed musician Jonny Philips. Matthew Rochford has been studying Qi Gong and Tai Chi since 1991 and founded the Devon School of Tai Chi in 1999. His first book ''Total Tai Chi'' was published internationally in 2003.
