Project: Human Weapon

Project Human Weaponis a film starring Canadian actor Victor Browne who along with his twin sister are separated at birth by the Russian Government. Browne plays Jerry who has special kinetic and telepathic skills, but escapes his captors as an adult after he finds out he is being used for evil purposes. Special agent Mink is sent along with two assistants to locate and bring him in. What the government does not know is how powerful Jerry has become, leaving a trail of unsorted scenes with witnesses claiming that Jerry has special powers.
