How to Use 1. To adjust eye spacing, use both thumbs & fore-fingers to press frame & lenses right or left. And the nose pads can also be adjusted to make it fit correctly. 2. Slide silicone ear keepers gently, they are the secret in keeping your binocular firmly on your head. And snap on the rubber eyeshades to the backside of each lens to block side sun glare if needed. 3. First focus on a distant object with your left eye, turn adjustment ring until the image is clear. Then focus with your right eye.

ATTENTION This binocular glasses is not a pair of myopia glasses. It cannot be used to improve myopia. This product is not a normal binoculars, it doesn't fit for outdoor activities like camping, hiking, hunting.
