Product Description Kick-down/drop-down door stops allow the door to be propped open in any position. Friction between the floor and the rubber tip holds the door in place. The spring loaded feature holds it in the up position so that it does not drop down on it's own. From the Manufacturer This door holder is constructed from zinc die cast and comes finished in brass. It features a spring loaded design that keeps the holder in an up position when not in use. This holder has a 4 in. rise and includes a rubber tip.
