Amazon.com Once you've mastered Power Pilates: Beginner Workout, challenge yourself with a varied selection of intermediate exercises. Instructor Dana Leigh keeps the workout going at a fast pace, giving little technique instruction, assuming you've already learned how to do these exercises. Each exercise is shown in the ideal form and slightly modified. Some use the ring ("magic circle"), stability ball, or resistance band. You can do a short or extended workout, depending on how many segments you choose. A "private instruction" section gives helpful technique instructions but is limited to voiceover still photos, not moving demonstrations. Bonus feature: 15-minute back safety program with Dr. Howard Sichel and Susan Moran.
