Our Fine White Polenta is white cornmeal that is finely ground. Fine Polenta cooks much faster than regular coarse polenta. Polenta is often used in Italian cooking to make porridge or mush, and it can be baked, fried, grilled, and more! - To prepare: Boil 5 cups of water or stock. Slowly whisk in 1 cup polenta. Cook until thick, 3-5 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer until soft, 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. For firmer polenta reduce stock to 4 cups. Pour into loaf pan and chill at least 2 hours.
