LOMEVE Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint is designed to keep your drop foot stretched and provide gradual corrective orthopedic support, it helps relieve the pain of morning foot/heel pain as the muscles and ligaments involved are healing. ?How to wear: (Please refer to the 2nd product image for detailed product using instruction, if you are still not sure if have wore it right, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to help you.)1.Adjust the splint angle, suggest to start at 90°, then you can adjust to a smaller angle if you need more stretching.2.Put the splint on the instep to wear it at the top of foot, fasten the ankle strap, adjust it to a comfortable position and attach the velcro.3.Adjust calf foot strap and fix with the velcro.4.Attach the velcro of the seperated elastic strap to the bottom of the splint (attach to the ankle strap so it will stay firmly), and then pull the strap to wrap forefoot again.5.Continue to pull the elastic strap around your foot, then pull the two ends of the strap across your ankle for better plantar fascia stretch.6.Adjust to the most comfortable position and fix the two ends around the ankle with velcro. ?Warm Tips:1.Please don’t pull the strap too tight, impertinent wearing of the night splint may cause partial blood circulation obstruction, which may lead to the pain symptoms.2.Ensure that you adjust the strap to be firm, this will make the splint fit better and bring greater comfort and more effective bunion relief.3.It is a normal phenomenon for slight soreness. If you feel very painful, please loose the wrap little or temporarily stop using it.Wearing LOMEVE night splint for 2-3 hours a day while relaxing or sleeping at night, your drop foot will gradually recover and completely disappear. This appliance is physical therapy and will not be effective immediately. For your health, it is better to use a period of 2-4 months or more.
