A MUST-HAVE ESSENTIAL OIL This warm, mild scent will remind you of fresh, ground peppercorns. The scent can be strong on its own, but can be toned down by adding it to a blend or diffusing with other oil such as Bergamot, Frankincense Carteri, and Rosemary 1,8-Cineole. Black Pepper is a favorite to use on aching joints or muscle after exercise or from normal wear and tear. It is another oil that works well when digestive upset such as queasiness, bloating, or discomfort arise.
EASY TO USE Dilute using a 1-3% ratio with your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil to create a massage blend for aching joints and muscles. Apply topically in circular motions on the affected areas. Using the same ratio with a carrier oil apply in a clockwise motion on the abdomen to help during digestive upset.
