The Pinole Project’s Pinole Chia Oatmeal is a protein-packed, high fiber plant-based breakfast. It's vegan, high protein/high fiber, gluten-free and delicious! OUR INGREDIENTS: Made with Certified Gluten Free Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds, Olotillo Corn, Raw Cane Sugar, Cinnamon, and Sea Salt. Our PB & Cacao adds Peanut Flour and Organic Cacao Powder. Our Banana Cinnamon adds freeze-dried banana of the highest quality. OUR INSPIRATION: meet pinole chia oatmeal My grandmother always told us, “Pinole will make you strong!” She was inspired by the Tarahumara superathletes of Chihuahua, Mexico who eat Pinole to power their long distance runs. While my grandmother wasn't a runner, she loved the way it fueled her! Our Pinole recipe is made with Non-GMO heirloom Olotillo corn, harvested from the independent, sustainable farms of Oaxaca, Mexico. Mixed with Chia Seeds, Gluten Free Oats, and other powerhouse ingredients, our Pinole Chia Oatmeal is Vegan and Gluten-Free & Full of Fiber, Plant-Based Protein, Omega 3's, and Gut-Friendly Prebiotics. We love it for oatmeal (of course!) + the base for High Fiber Muffins, Protein Breakfast Cookies, Pancakes, and more! Pinole Chia Oatmeal Commandments (Preparation Tips): 1. Milk (of any kind) is your friend! Creamy & dreamy. 2. Stir before. Same jazz for overnight oats. 3. After heating, give the bowl some time to cool down and settle. I know you're eager, but hold your horses (not your oatmeal bowl)! 4. Depending on your microwave's temperature, it may not come out pretty (the milk/water might sit on top of the blend). So give it a good mixing. Put those arms to work! Same for overnight oats. Soon, it'll be a perfect breakfast bowl! 5. Pro tip: Give the Original Flavor some love. It's super healthy, but lonely.
