Pickling Spice with Coriander Mustard Seed Allspice Dill Seed Cloves Chili Pepper Bay Leaves

Our version of the quintessentially English pickling spice is a blend of mustard and other whole herbs – Perfect for pickling and for flavoring vinegar. Made in the USA. Includes Coriander, Mustard Seed, Allspice, Dill Seed, Cloves, Chili Pepper, Bay Leaves. Premium sourced herbs are all natural, non-GMO, and non-irradiated with no MSG. To make easy refrigerator pickles, cut a cucumber into 1/8" thick coins. Combine enough vinegar to fill a mason jar with a chopped sweet onion, 1 cup white wine vinegar, 1 cup water, 1 T salt, and 1 1/2 tsp pickling spice. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and let sit for a couple days in the refrigerator.
