Yes, we use real Irish Cream; Bailey’s brand. Bailey’s is a combination of Irish whiskey and dairy cream, so it makes sense that when combined with our rich and creamy vanilla fudge it is “udderly” smooth tasting and absolutely delicious. Our fudge is quite simply phenomenal. The smooth and creamy texture is a perfect match for the rich flavor. We make all our fudge in our special kitchen at our home in Vermont with as many local products as possible, including butter from Cabot Creamery and maple syrup from Vermont sugarhouses.
