We jazzed up the plain vanilla fudge by adding butter pecan flavoring and meaty pecan halves. The taste is very similar to the ice cream by the same name. The advantage to ours is you don’t need a cone or a freezer. Our fudge is quite simply phenomenal. The smooth and creamy texture is a perfect match for the rich flavor. We make all our fudge in our special kitchen at our home in Vermont with as many local products as possible, including butter from Cabot Creamery and maple syrup from Vermont sugarhouses.
